I chose to do this challenge walking back from the gym this morning. I got to look at the campus from a different point of view when looking for these specific things. I enjoyed my experience, and I thought 15 minutes was the perfect amount of time!
The five photos I thought worked best are the ones I put in my post. The first was the use of converging lines. I used a brick walkway, and I really liked how it looked. The next thing I chose was the unusual angle. I took a picture of the bell tower from directly below it. Next, I chose to take a picture of a large tree for a dominant single color picture. The fourth picture I really loved was the one that depicts human emotion, and I chose a picture of a barren tree. I feel like this really represents the human emotion of emptiness. Finally, I chose to take a picture of the chain fence’s shadow for an interesting shadow. I really liked how it reflected onto the brick and almost looked like rolling hills.
I think the brick walkway photo was the most inventive, but I really loved all the pictures. I thought this was a great challenge!
